Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana ripe, frozen, broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup oats gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter natural, salted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/2-2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup spinach fresh

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender place the banana, oats, spinach, peanut butter, chia seeds, cocoa powder, dates and almond milk. 
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy for about 3 to 4 minutes. 
  • Pour the shake in two mason jars and enjoy.
