Nutty Granola Bars Loaded With Good-For-You Ingredients
Are you looking for a healthy breakfast or on-the-go snack that’s perfect for busy days? These nutty granola bars are the best, and they are like little nutritional powerhouses.
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts raw, chopped
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
Process dates In a food processor or high speed blender. It should form a “dough” like consistency.
In another bowl place the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and ground flax seeds.
Stir in the agave nectar, creamy peanut butter, and blended dates.
Mix until combined and press down the whole mixture into a baking pan lined with a piece of parchment paper.
Let them set in the freezer for about 25 minutes.
Remove bars from dish and chop into 10 even bars.
Enjoy right away or store it in an airtight container for up to a few days.
