Nutty Granola Bars Loaded With Good-For-You Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts raw, chopped
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy

Instructions
 

  • Process dates In a food processor or high speed blender. It should form a “dough” like consistency. 
  • In another bowl place the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and ground flax seeds.
  • Stir in the agave nectar, creamy peanut butter, and blended dates. 
  • Mix until combined and press down the whole mixture into a baking pan lined with a piece of parchment paper.
  • Let them set in the freezer for about 25 minutes. 
  • Remove bars from dish and chop into 10 even bars.
  • Enjoy right away or store it in an airtight container for up to a few days.
